From Our President:

I  believe my company's ability to do design build projects is useful on a daily basis because almost all our projects have problems which arise, requiring on the spot changes to prevent delays to the completion date.

I work with inspectors, architects, and mall construction supervisors daily to meet their expectations and complete our work on time.

Because I began in the field framing and installing drywall on all types of work, my company does all types of work including drywall over plaster, etc. Many companies focus on one facet of the industry, requiring you to find someone else every time you require something outside their scope of work and services. With Schum Drywall, that will not be required.

In addition, I work with plaster and fireproofing contractor - carpentry subs & acoustic installers and will either include their price in our bid or put you in touch with them directly so your bid is complete. My company does individual projects from a few thousand dollars to over 2 million every year.

Our focus area is the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin, but we work in Racine, WI and Duluth, Rochester and Mankato, MN on a yearly basis. Additionally, we may take work outside these areas on special requests.

We work for national retail contractors from all over the US and will be happy to give references.
